WTFHack is a subscription-based e-learning platform that delivers curated, bite-sized tips and tricks to help iPhone users unlock the full potential of their devices. Content is delivered directly to users through email or mobile notifications every three days, making smartphone education simple and accessible.

3. Eligibility

  • Users must be at least 18 years of age to use WTFHack.
  • By accessing the Platform, you confirm that you are legally permitted to enter into this agreement in your country of residence.

4. User Accounts

  • To access our services, users must create an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted through your account.
  • The Company reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Subscriptions

  • WTFHack operates on a subscription model, billed monthly at $10.
  • By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. However, no refunds will be issued for partial subscription periods.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

  • Disrupting or damaging the Platform or any associated services.
  • Circumventing any security measures or attempting to gain unauthorized access.

7. Third-Party Links and Advertisements

  • The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of these third parties.
  • The Platform may display third-party advertisements. Any interactions with advertisers are solely between you and the advertiser.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the user for the subscription services during the preceding 12 months.
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Platform.

9. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute:

  1. Both parties agree to attempt informal negotiations for a period of 30 days.
  2. If the dispute cannot be resolved, it will proceed to binding arbitration in accordance with Czech law.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to users through the email address associated with their account or via an announcement on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
